And furthermore, I think that because of the history some Finnish might first be quite reserved and even suspicious towards the foreign people. But I think the young people are more open towards the others than the old people here are.

Well we'll just have to see what happens when Munya joins our house, won't we?

I actually believe that Munya will be very welcomed in our house. Any of our inhabitants don't seem to be very reserved at all

And because of the history, many Finns don't like swedish or finnish-swedish people nor do they even like to try and speak in Swedish.

Also, many Finns think that opinions like these are mostly expressed by the small minority of closed-minded rednecks who usually don't leave their village except maybe for breeding, but sadly, seldom even for that.

Some might think like that, yes, but it's true that a lot of Finns don't think too kindly about Swedes. And definetly not only "close-minded rednecks".

I thought all the Scandinavian people got on like a house on fire, but than again not all people from the different African counties likes each other.

I don't know what that term "house on fire" means there, but Finland is not a Scandinavian country. We have a Finno-Ugric heritage ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finno-Ugric_peoples ), unlike the Scandinavians who are Indo-European and who all share a language very similar to each other. Finnish language is very different from the Scandinavian languages.
