Hello! To upload your avatar go to "User control panel" (at the top), then choose "profile", "edit avatar", and you can either upload the picture from your own computer or external site. The click "submit".

And:
Maximum dimensions; width: 155 pixels, height: 115 pixels, file size: 49kB.
